We had a service call to diagnose a toilet problem. Brayan and Eduardo came. They were both as nice as can be and knowledgeable. In the end, they replaced the fill valve. The charge was $500. After they left, I went online and saw that it's a $25 part. While I respect the service plumbers offer and understand the cost of doing business, I feel that being charged $500 is exorbitant and out of whack. I called after and spoke to a supervisor to try and get a better understanding of the markup. He wasn't helpful, didn't offer a credit for future service or anything else for that matter. We will not be using them again.

I had 3 gas leaks under my home. Mike Diamond Plumbers came out very quickly and got to work locating those leaks and then repairing them. It took a good part of the day for two plumbers to complete the repairs. The cost seemed expensive to me, but I don't know for sure because I didn't have the luxury of time to get other estimates. And I've never had this problem before. I was very happy to get this repair completed quickly and get back to normal life. Thanks guys!

Receptionist was nice and kind and asked me the reason and gave us the explanation about the way to fix. The plumber Steve came my place in one hour for our emergency request. He was super nice and kind. He gave me the explanation how he fix and done the job very quickly.

Larry exhibited a tremendous amount of patience and kindness, while the landlord & neighboring unit threw up obstruction prolonging necessary repairs. I'd recommend him on the basis of character alone. Grateful.

Julio was amazing, he helped setup the re-circulation on my tankless water heater and it working like a charm! I now have a significantly shorter time for the water to heat up for my entire house. Thanks again Mike Diamond!
